Confirm + sign
We’ll verify availability, answer your questions and send the rental agreement. A 30% retainer locks in the date.
We run the booth
We arrive early for setup, guide your guests and keep the experience moving until the last photo.

A contract comes with every booking.
After we confirm availability, you’ll receive a rental agreement covering the service details, payments, venue access, overtime, cancellation and rescheduling, equipment care, force majeure and your photo-sharing preference.
- 30% non-refundable retainer reserves the date
- Remaining balance is due 7 days before the event
- Final event details and approved add-ons are written into the agreement

How do I reserve my date?
Start with the booking request below. Once availability and details are confirmed, you’ll sign the rental agreement and pay the 30% non-refundable retainer. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.
What if our event runs long?
An extra booth hour is $125, subject to availability. It’s best to add time before the event, but you can ask the attendant during the event and we’ll confirm whether an extension is possible.
Do you travel?
Yes. Travel is included within 30 miles of Rockford, $75 for 31–60 miles, and $150 for 61–90 miles—roughly up to a 1.5-hour drive.
How do guests get their photos?
Guests can share digital photos to their phones at the booth. Every package includes an online gallery, and Showstopper and Legacy include unlimited on-site 4×6 prints.
